DESCRIPTION
In 2013, the Mellot estate celebrated a monumental milestone: 500 years of winemaking history. At the crown of the domaine's production is La Moussières, a iconic ~30-hectare single vineyard that has been farmed biodynamically since 1999. Today, this exceptional property represents the pinnacle of world-class white wines.
The 2025 vintage opens with an inviting bouquet of light florals and delicate fruit aromas. On the palate, it delivers a vibrant, refreshing core where ripe pear and bright lemon meld into a finely textured mid-palate. As the wine opens, concentrated notes of chalk and lush stone fruit build through the center, complemented by lively accents of fresh pineapple and subtle nettle. It all culminates in a crisp, deeply mineral-driven finish with impressive length.
