Francesco Cirelli and his wife, Michela farm organically. Alongside their wine production, they farm oives, garlic, spelt, wheat, barley, figs, and geese. This is such a clean crisp orange wine made from the trebbiano grape. Dried apricot, orange peel, and chamomile with subtle tannins. Suggested pairings include oven-roasted chicken, Middle Eastern cuisine, and aged cheeses
