100% Sauvignon Blanc coming from his vineyards in Chavignol. All fruit is hand-harvested and the wine is aged 8 months on the less to add texture and complexity. This wine is one to drink now or hold onto for a few years. “The Boulay style is a world away from the regular refreshing but forgettable norm in Sancerre.
