DESCRIPTION
Natural winemaker, Alexandre Bain farms biodynamically in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation of the Loire Valley. He tends to pick at peak ripeness in contrast to most other producers in the region consequently his wines tend to be richer, more aromatic and more dense than typical Pouilly Fumé.
The Pierre Précieuse 2020 is characteristically opulent with ripe fruit. In the glass, the 2020 presents a deep golden hue with a complex nose of acacia honey, overripe pear, and exotic tropical fruits, balanced by a dense, oily texture.
