DESCRIPTION
The 2021 has a brilliant ruby medium intensity. On the nose are bright red and black fruit, cherry and raspberry with hint of herb, stone and tea. The palate is firm with medium tannins, fresh acidity, crunchy red fruits with hint of herb, good midpalate depth and medium finish pair up with roasted salmon, duck breast with herbs and mushroom risotto.
