"Savory and perfumed, the 2016 Franciacorta Riserva Annamaria Clementi entices with a collage of dried flowers, sweet smoke, crusty bread and lemon zest. It’s soothingly round with a burst of candied citrus elevated by lively acidity. A crystalline bead of finely etched bubbles cascades across the palate. There’s an attractive fruit sweetness here despite its zero dosage. The balance is spot-on.
