Now at the helm, Matteo Catani is responsible for producing some of the best Nero d'Avola in the world through biodynamic and organic vineyard practices with low-intervention vinification techniques.
"The Nero d'Avola Nerojbleo 2022 blossoms slowly in the glass as crushed violet mingles with lavender and a pinch of spice. On the palate, it is round and supple, with ripe red and black fruits accompanied by spicy herbal notes. The cooling acidity provides a nice balance. The 2022 rejuvenates with a strong length, but remains fresh and pure, leaving nuances of wild blueberries and a subtle citrus tone." Vinous
