DESCRIPTION
Ruby red in appearance, it also reveals some evident garnet streaks. The nose opens on a chain of fruity notes, in which black cherry, cassis and cherries stand out, then enriched by nuances that tend towards spicy and floral, with an unmistakable note of elderberry. On the palate it is full-bodied, with a fresh and tense sip, which pleases the drink. Suggested pairings include fruity beef skewers, it is also perfect with radicchio risotto.
