DESCRIPTION
Margins produces low-intervention wines using grapes from underrepresented regions, vineyards, and varietals. We make wines from organically farmed vineyards, using minimal additives during the winemaking process (SO2 only). Margins was a featured winery in Eric Asimov's New York Times article 10 California Wine Producers Worth Getting to Know Now on September 4, 2025.
The 2024 Chenin Blanc is a classic wine. Textured with complexity and depth. Plenty of ripe aromas of stone fruit on the nose, with apricot and peach, lemon, honey, and chamomile tea. The wine is fresh on the palate thanks to the zippy acidity.
