DESCRIPTION
A blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato, this biodynamically farmed wine was produced with minimal interventions. Generous aromas of ripe strawberries and tart cherries are underpinned with notes of violets, earthy minerals and aromatic herbs. The luscious red fruit flavors dominate the forefront while subtle hints of freshly ground pepper and a gentle earthiness add depth and complexity. Thanks to it's refreshing acidity and supple tannins the SP68 Rosso is a versatile companion to classic Sicilian dishes.
