DESCRIPTION
Pascal Prunier is the 5th generation in a family of vignerons. He decided to launch his own domaine with his wife, Christine Bonheur, in 1983, with 3 hectares of rented vines. Today, the domaine comprises 8 hectares of vines (worked organically), scattered throughout the Côte de Beaune, from Saint Romain to Beaune. With a deep ruby color, this wine reveals a powerful, fruity and spicy nose. The mouth expresses a beautiful concentration of black fruits while being structured and harmonious. This wine goes perfectly with red meats and dishes in sauce, but it also goes with characterful or matured, braised or roasted meats
