DESCRIPTION

Wine's color is a deep ruby tending towards garnet. Violets, balsamic and graphite on the nose. Harmonious with a tangy, fruity aftertaste of ripe plum. Perfect with red and white meats, such as rabbit, roast guinea fowl with aromatic herbs or Tuscan-style beef stew.
