DESCRIPTION
Samuel Billaud, after having worked for 20 years as a winemaker and oenologist on the family estate, founded his own company in 2010 and he is absolutely a producer to watch. His wines are a delight. The 2022 Bourgogne d'Or Chardonny is well-balanced and showing beautiful stone fruits - white peach and nectarine. Fresh citrus and minerality on the finish. Perfect wine for sipping but will pair nicely with shrimp cocktail, seared scallops and steamed salmon.
