DESCRIPTION
Grüner Veltliner is Austria’s flagship grape and totally underrated in my opinion. Light green-yellow in the glass, opens up with a delicate spice in the nose and fine apple nuances. With beautiful acidity and savory, herbal notes, it is a go-to pairing for notoriously difficult foods like asparagus, artichokes, salads, and complex Asian cuisine.
