DESCRIPTION
Les Schistes is a weighty rich wine made of 100% Syrah. Plenty of iron on the palate, along with smoked bacon, ground pepper, red and black fruits to include blueberry, currant, strawberry and blackberry. The wine is beautifully balanced with silky smooth tannins and a very long finish.
