The moderately dry tannins are silky and well integrated. The long finish is more lively than one might expect at first glance. This cuvée is composed of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah, from two plots located near the border with Gigondas, and is made from biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now or keep."
