Joseph Swick spent years working for other wineries ( Domaine Serene, Ceretto, Niepoort, and Kosta Browne) to master the art of winemaking. Today he is making terroir-focused wines in Oregon. "Nothing added to the wine and nothing taken away." is his philosophy. Delightful aromas of black cherry, damp earth and mushrooms are on the nose.
