DESCRIPTION
The grapes come from the Cru of Castelletto from the youngest part of the vineyard. The wine is aged in oak barrels and is a garnet red color. Floral and balsamic bouquet on the nose while on the palate the tannins are gentle and balanced. Aromas include red fruit, liquorice,, mint, and red flowers. Suggested pairings include roast mean, game, and aged cheese.
