DESCRIPTION
The 2023 pinot noir has a dark and deep red colour with garnet glints. Delicious aromas of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry) with notes of vanilla are gentle. The palate is supple and balanced, reproducing the fruitiness of wild berries. Silky tannins structure the wine providing harmony and length. Suggested pairings include red meats, international cuisines such as Middle Eastern and Moroccan dishes -humus, tabouleh, lamb tagine and
couscous.
