DESCRIPTION
Risling vines hail from France and are thriving in Alto Adige. Kuenhof rielsing displays brilliant flavours of lime zest, white flowers, and petrol. Wine has zippy acid, is bone dry, and very refreshing. Suggested pairings include shrimp with green curry and pad Thai. The name Kaiton is of Celtic origin, and was the name for the area around the estate.
