DESCRIPTION
This wine is ideally served chilled, as an aperitif or with seafood or terrine. The palate is fleshy and generous; its volume comprises a lot of fruit where pear, caramelized apple, flambéed yellow peach can be found; the generosity continues on the finish, which is heavily spiced with peppers. Wine shows considerable length. Suggested pairings include grilled swordfish, roasted chicken, and cheeses.
