DESCRIPTION
The Lauer estate is one of the greatest in all of the Mosel. This sparkling wine made in the traditional method displays medium body with flavours and aromas of citrus peel, quince, honey with just a hint of smokiness on the finish. Suggested pairings include shellfish and sushi.
